Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of xrecommend's hosted services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide a valid email address and a strong password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Interfere with the Service or other users' enjoyment of it.

3. Fees

Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uptime.
