Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data — your email address, password (bcrypt-hashed), and session metadata (IP address, user agent).

Content — documents and metadata you push via the API or the dashboard. We never read these for any purpose other than serving your search requests.

Usage data — anonymous request counts and p99 latencies for our status page. No personally identifiable data.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't train models on your content.
• We don't share your content with third parties.

Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors: Hetzner for compute, Hetzner Storage for backups, and Cloudflare for the public front door.

Data retention

Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account. After termination, all data is deleted within 30 days. Backups are kept for 30 days and rotated.

Your rights

You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can request deletion of your account by emailing [email protected].
